By using the Services, you consent to the practices described here.
1. Introduction
Zeo Suite is a family of AI-powered business management tools. Because our Services help you manage your own clients' data (leads, bookings, records), this Policy covers both: (a) data you provide to us about yourself as our customer, and (b) data you input about your own clients through the Services, which we process on your behalf.
2. Data Controller
For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable IT Rules, Ldelight Solutions Private Limited is the data fiduciary/controller responsible for the personal data processed through the Services. Where you input your own clients' data into the Services, you act as the data fiduciary for that data and Ldelight acts as a data processor on your instructions.
3. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, and password, collected at sign-up.
- Business & client data: leads, client records, bookings, notes, and files you input into the Services to manage your business.
- Usage data: log data, device/browser information, IP address, feature usage, and AI Credit consumption, collected automatically to operate and improve the Services.
- Payment data: billing name and GST details for invoicing. Card and bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) — we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: messages sent through integrated channels such as WhatsApp, to the extent needed to deliver those features.
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Services; process transactions and generate invoices; power AI-assisted features (report drafting, follow-up messages, compliance reminders); provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your business or client data to train third-party AI models beyond what is required to generate your requested output in real time, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the basis of: your consent (given at sign-up and through continued use); the performance of our contract with you (delivering the Services you've signed up for); and compliance with legal obligations (such as tax and invoicing requirements). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, subject to the effect this may have on your ability to use the Services.
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We share information only as necessary with:
- Service providers: cloud hosting providers, payment gateway (Razorpay), WhatsApp Business API providers, and AI model providers used to generate content — each bound by their own confidentiality and security obligations.
- ClicZeo: where your Zeo Suite access is bundled with a ClicZeo marketing retainer, relevant account and usage data may be shared internally between Ldelight's ClicZeo and Zeo Suite teams to deliver and support the bundled service.
- Legal & regulatory authorities: where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ldelight, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections being maintained.
We do not sell or rent your personal data or your clients' data to third parties for their marketing purposes.
7. Storage, Location & Security
Data is hosted on servers located in India. We apply industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews, to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain account and business data for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, or to resolve disputes. You may request earlier deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention requirements (such as GST invoicing records).
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
